What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the administrative functions of the condominium, record-keeping, and resident communication. Monitor and supervise security personnel, maintenance & janitorial personnel, and accounting assistants in relation to the building collections & disbursements, work permits, mobilization & demobilization of contractors, access to building amenities & parking spaces.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the condominium's common areas, facilities, and equipment.
Have knowledge about facilities such as STP, Water Leaking, Lobby renovation, tiles and wall repainting and other related projects. Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the building. - Respond to and resolve resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the implementation of the condominium's policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to the condominium's operations. Renewals &/or updates of permits licenses, and others government compliance.
- Other related task that may be assigned.
