About the role

VERSA GROUP PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' is seeking a skilled Machine Service Technician to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for a variety of industrial machines and equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's production facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on a range of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaise with clients to understand their service needs and provide expert technical advice
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Machine Service Technician or similar role within the Trades & Services industry
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Machine Service Technician or similar role
  • Excellent technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery
  • Candidates must have proven experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair
  • Experience with Metal Detector, check weigher and automated production lines is a plus points.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and provide technical guidance
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work on-site at client locations as required
  • Ability to travel to client sites for the majority of working time (75% or more)
  • Technical/Vocational certification or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
