The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air coolers to ensure they operate efficiently and meet customer satisfaction. The role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up new air cooler units at customer sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of air coolers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or malfunctions.
  • Repair or replace defective parts and ensure units function properly.
  • Provide customers with guidance on proper usage and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and submit reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and attend to customer concerns.
  • Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or technical/vocational course in Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a service technician, preferably with air coolers or HVAC equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
