Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and products at client sites. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on products and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer service calls and provide technical assistance on-site or remotely.
  • Document service and repair activities in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain tools, parts, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with the service team and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide product training and technical guidance to customers when needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a service technician, field technician, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or diagrams.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for on-site service assignments.
  • Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment.
  • With a valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual vehicles.
