As a Property Manager at 110 Consultants Inc., you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the residential / commercial property located in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the building, catering to the needs of tenants, and maintaining the high standards expected by our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting
  • Coordinating property inspections, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards
  • Handling tenant inquiries, and move-in/move-out procedures in a professional and timely manner
  • Preparing and managing property budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Liaising with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of BS Engineering (specifically Mechanical or Electrical), other courses will not be entertained.
  • With years of relevant experience as Property Manager
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be proactive and a team leader.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for budget management and reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices, accounting, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Must have a good working attitude and HONEST.
