  • Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces
  • Conceptualize and execute fairs, special events and activities to add value to assigned property
  • Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled
  • Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
  • Monitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
  • Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
  • Monitor and update tenant sales and performance
  • Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
  • Prepare/keep documentation of all promotional collaterals used in promotions and special activities
  • Prepare and monitor liquidation reports for promo major/corporate sponsors
  • Monitor liquidation of prizes solicited from sponsors
  • Ensure that all merchandising areas are in good condition
  • Ensure that all merchandising spaces are occupied and updated at all time
