We are offering a hybrid work arrangement The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
  • Work from home location is within NCR.

What's the general objective of the role?

Responsible for the audit and QC of the configured enrollment system, implement best practices that result in an optimized member experience.

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Perform audits and QC of systems configurations
  • Execute straightforward updates in the client's enrollment system for select findings and configured clients
  • Leveraging project management software, create projects, monitor and complete tasks as assigned by the assigned due date.
  • Proofreads to ensure it displays correct verbiage and content and identifies if there are changes needed on the document such as but not limited to the template/layout, fields, overall display and other possible updates.

  • Reviewing notifications to ensure accuracy of content and format, according to guidelines provided by the client.

  • Processing documentation, maintaining data and generating reports related to the processed transactions.

  • Escalating process related issues and follow ups to client counterparts for resolution.

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technology, web design, document review, technical writing, proofreading, content editing, testing etc.
