We are looking for a Quality Assurance Audit Senior Analyst for our client in Ortigas, Pasig City

Role: Quality Assurance Senior Analyst
Industry: Auditing and Accounting
Salary: up to 55k basic
Set up: Hybrid (2-3x remote), Ortigas main office
Schedule: Mon-Fri, dayshift, and mid-shift

The R&Q Senior Analyst performs an independent review of work requests in the nature of quality control and provides feedback in accordance with Service Delivery Centers User Guide instructions. The role will combine elements of documenting and reporting the results of the R&Q review, monitoring the feedback received from the Project Management Office (PMO) and Engagement teams on a regular basis, and providing timely updates to management.

POSITION/ROLE SUMMARY

The person will participate in quality improvement programs and contribute heavily in areas related to
continuous process improvement. The position reports to the R&Q Manager.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

Conduct R&Q review of work requests on a sampling basis and document adverse feedback received from
Engagement Teams
Identify process improvements based on trends from previous R&Q reviews
Discuss issues found with the R&Q Leader on a regular to relay details to the respective departments of clients
Maintain and monitor databases for findings and samples gathered
Be able to ensure monthly reports or schedule reports are provided on time
Acts as a reviewer of all data gathered for reporting
Present reports or findings to the R&Q leaders or even stakeholders in the absence of line managers
Assist in providing/preparing data for R&Q reports
Support leadership teams to develop and expand continuously

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
Essential Requirements At least 3 years of meaningful experience in Internal Audit and/or ExternalAudit
CPA certification is a must
