About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our customer service operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. If you have a passion for process improvement and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines
  • Provide actionable feedback to agents and collaborate with operations to drive performance improvements
  • Use quality monitoring tools to document audit results and identify trends
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery teams

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience using ISET and ACET platforms for quality monitoring and evaluation
  • Solid background in healthcare customer service within a BPO environment

  • Proficient in Windows-based applications, including:

  • Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

  • Microsoft Excel for analyzing and organizing data
  • Prior experience in a call center setting, with exposure to relevant LOBs and service delivery models

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience conducting call audits, ideally within the healthcare domain
  • Familiarity with the Call Quality Compliance (CCQ) program
