Job Title: Merchandising and Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on stock management, inventory control, and retail operations, ensuring smooth supply chain processes and optimal product availability across our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management & Product Handling

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts with retail partners and warehouses.
  • Oversee inbound stock operations to ensure accuracy against packing lists.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve inventory discrepancies, and ensure product quality.
  • Assist in retailer deliveries and manage stock movement across locations.

Retailer & Vendor Coordination

  • Prepare transfer orders for approved stock movements based on warehouse inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels in retail stores and digital platforms; initiate replenishments and manage markdowns.
  • Recommend items for pull-outs, clearance sales, and other inventory adjustments.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for product replenishment, inventory count, and quality control.

Merchandising Execution

  • Conduct store visits to ensure displays align with brand and merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure all promotional materials, signage, and in-store displays are properly executed and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, merchandising, supply chain, or retail operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
