Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will ensure accurate, timely processing of payables, manage vendor correspondence, perform reconciliations, and support audits. Your expertise will help maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency across international teams.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience with Purchase Orders, three-way match, and managing vendor payment runs.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to follow up on pending issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Open to change and learning new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-site experience.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Service Titan knowledge.
  • QuickBooks experience.
  • NetSuite experience.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Analyze and process accounts payable in a timely manner.
  • Code invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with proper codes conforming to procedures for accurate entry.
  • Secure vendor bill approvals or perform three-way matching with purchase orders and receiving.
  • Process credit card expenses.
  • Prepare, request, and initiate weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, online, and wire transfers.
  • Handle all vendor correspondence (verbal, written, or digital).
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice processing.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts monthly and report discrepancies to the Assistant Corporate Controller.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding account status and discrepancy resolutions.
  • File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist in compiling information and preparing responses for annual external audits.
  • Support special projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the Finance Department.
