We're growing a lively AI community and YouTube channel dedicated to n8n automations and no-code solutions for solopreneurs and business owners. Our mission: turn everyday creators into n8n power users with practical tutorials, live workshops, and a buzzing Skool community. We're hiring a skilled n8n Specialist to teach, build content, run mini cohorts, and deliver lightning-fast support so members can launch real automations fast.

Job Overview

We need a hands-on n8n expert who can create clear learning resources, host live sessions, manage small learning cohorts, and troubleshoot on the fly in our Skool community. You'll write and record tutorials, debug workflows live, and guide tight-knit groups through hands-on projects. If you love simplifying complex n8n concepts and seeing learners succeed, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

n8n Training & Content Creation

• Tutorials & Guides: Create detailed n8n tutorials (written + video) for YouTube and Skool (e.g., "Send Slack Alerts from Airtable with n8n Webhooks").
• Workflow Library: Maintain a growing set of ready-to-use n8n workflows (JSON + docs) for popular use cases (e.g., AI agents, lead syncs).
• Challenge Series: Launch "Build in Public" n8n challenges to spark creativity and skill-building.

Mini Cohort Leadership

• Run Cohorts: Lead 3–5 active mini cohorts (8–15 members each) with 2–4 week focused tracks (e.g., "n8n for Content Systems," "n8n + AI Workflows").
• Weekly Touchpoints: Assign hands-on tasks and review member submissions.
• Track Progress: Monitor milestones and spotlight wins in the community.

Rapid Support & Community Interaction (Skool)

• Fast Replies: Respond to member questions within 2 hours (business hours) — especially node errors, API issues, or workflow logic.
• Daily Office Hours: Host short, open Q&A sessions for live debugging.
• Engagement Prompts: Post weekly discussion starters (e.g., "What's one n8n flow you wish existed?").
• Feedback to Content: Turn recurring questions into new tutorials.

Video Content (n8n-Focused)

• Script & Record: Write and record clean screen-capture n8n tutorials (Loom or OBS).

Qualifications

• Deep n8n expertise (complex workflows, error handling, webhooks, credentials, cloud & self-hosted).
• Strong teaching skills (bonus: led workshops, created courses, or taught live).
• Clear, fluent English (written and spoken) for effective instruction.
• Tool Familiarity:
• n8n (core + advanced nodes)
• Skool, Notion, Discord, Google Suite
• YouTube Studio, Canva, CapCut/OBS/Loom
• Bonus: n8n self-hosting experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php10, Php108,740.00 per month
