Purpose of Role:We are seeking a highly skilled DXP Architect with Salesforce experience to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that extend beyond Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with the broader platform ecosystem.

While Salesforce will be a core focus, this role requires a holistic approach to solution architecture, considering how Salesforce interacts with other systems, applications, and technologies. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient across the entire IT landscape. Job Role and Responsibilities:Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Lead architectural discussions and provide technical leadership for Salesforce implementations. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices. Present architectural designs to the architecture board for review and approval.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, developers, and Salesforce functional consultants, to deliver effective solutions. Ensure data integrity, system integration, and adherence to platform architecture standards. Guide development teams by providing best practices, code reviews, and technical mentorship.

Define and implement governance processes for Salesforce development and change management. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance on performance tuning and system optimization. Qualifications:Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products. Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and SOQL.Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or ETL tools.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and DevOps methodologies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and release management. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect (highly preferred).
