As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications across a range of industries. You'll be responsible for developing custom code (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components), building integrations, and extending Salesforce solutions to meet complex client needs. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure all solutions follow best practices, are scalable, and align with industry regulations where required. This role requires both technical depth and adaptability, as you may work across projects in healthcare, public sector, financial services, or other regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
  • Implement and optimise OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) when applicable.
  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; ensure high-quality, tested code through automated unit testing.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team-wide technical capability building.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Salesforce APIs).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via APIs or middleware.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Salesforce DX.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant or OmniStudio Developer certification.
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, public sector, financial services).
  • Knowledge of FHIR or healthcare data compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Experience, Industries).
