About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our office-based team in Clark, Pampanga. You'll be making calls to businesses across Australia, booking qualified meetings for our sales team, and keeping our CRM records up to date. This role is all about results — if you enjoy connecting with decision-makers, setting appointments, and meeting targets, and have a proven track record in doing so then we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Make outbound calls (cold, warm, and soft) to businesses across all Australian states and cities.
  • Prospect and generate high-quality leads that convert into sales appointments.
  • Book qualified meetings for our Sales Manager and sales representatives.
  • Conduct online research to identify potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM/spreadsheet records.
  • Follow up with past and current clients to re-establish connections.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed appointment targets.

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years' proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling.
  • Track record of generating quality leads that result in sales.
  • Experience speaking directly with business decision-makers.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Bonus / Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience running outbound campaigns across multiple industries.
  • Proven success in re-engaging lapsed or dormant clients.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time (Aligned with Australian Business Hours).
  • Php 35,000/month base + commissions (structure TBC).
