The Marketing & Admin Specialist plays a key role in promoting the services and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The role is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen brand identity, drive client acquisition, and maintain efficient coordination of internal processes. The position reports directly to the President and works closely with the Operations Manager on operational matters.

This role suits a proactive, creative, and organized individual who can manage both marketing activities and administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and business growth.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients to expand the agency's customer base.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Promote and sell agency services to improve market reach and client engagement.
  • Manage and regularly update the agency's official social media platforms to enhance online presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Design, develop, and produce promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters, brochures, tarpaulins).
  • Conduct benchmarking and service performance reviews to maintain competitiveness.

Administrative

  • Prepare and submit Monthly Deployment Reports (MDR) accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor validity and expiration of guard clearances (NBI, Police, Drug Test) and licenses.
  • Maintain updated records of deployed guards, including personal and contact details.
  • Track and manage security guard leave schedules.
  • Facilitate renewal of agency government documents and attend related hearings or compliance activities.
  • Draft and issue endorsement letters, communications, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of all guard records.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Communications, or related course.
  • Experience in marketing, administration, or field coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and basic graphic layout/design.
  • Organized, trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Can work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
