Hiring Full Stack SEOs responsible for handling an entire SEO pipeline. Keyword research and on-page optimization to link building and analytics tracking. You will also be responsible for writing content.

This role is on-site in Salcedo, Makati. From 7 am until 4 pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent mapping.
  • Optimize pages for content, schema, meta tags, and internal linking.
  • Oversee technical fixes (Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, , redirects, etc.).
  • Manage backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor rankings, CTR, traffic, and conversions via GA4 + GSC.
  • Create monthly performance reports and action plans.
  • Collaborate with writers/designers to maintain SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI tools, and SEO trends.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in SEO (technical + content).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and basic JavaScript.
  • Familiar with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, RankMath, GA4, and GSC.
  • Experience with schema markup (JSON-LD) and local SEO (GMB/GMP).
  • Data-driven mindset — able to interpret metrics and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in multi-location SEO, WooCommerce, or AI SEO automation
