As a Software Licensing Advisor , you will work directly with Software Licensing Consultants, Software Account Executive, Product Marketing, Sales Reps Account Managers in supporting and executing the contractual True-Ups, Renewals, quotes and orders during the lifecycle of the customer's contract. Along the way you will get to:

• Demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft Master Agreement, Microsoft Licensing Programs, Enrollment functions and rules and accurately process against an existing agreement or potential agreement.

• Support, utilize, demonstrate various internal tools (such as, ELD, Smart, Sharepoint, VLC, MPSA) to become an expert within 6 months joining Insight; maintaining, and troubleshooting data issues within the tool(s).

• Facilitate customer conference calls, on-line meetings, and other media as required to fulfill requirements and deliver value associated with the positions support responsibilities.

• Engage and support intra-departments; Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Customer Support, Sales team, Management.

• Willingness to learn and support customer facing portals and systems

• Develop and maintain a high degree of knowledge specific to manufacturer's products, programs, and promotions.

We are looking for a Software Licensing Advisor with

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university, or evidence of role specific training.

• Atleast 2 or more years of experience in supporting Microsoft Licensing- renewals, quotes, and orders during the lifecycle of the customer's contract

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

• Strong communication skills.
