Position: Back-End / .NET Developer II

Department: Software Development

Reports to: Head API / Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

The Back-End / .NET Developer II will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions built on the Microsoft .NET framework. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality code, participating in software architecture design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
  • Test and deploy applications and systems.
  • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
  • Improve existing software solutions.
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications and solutions using the .NET framework, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, making decisions about technology stack, data models, and component structure.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software components.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or the Company.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer Science/Programming), or related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Back-End / .NET Developer or Application Developer.
  • Proven experience with building .NET Core APIs using C#.
  • Mandatory skills in SQL Server Database (e.g., developing stored procedures/functions).

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors):

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON data.
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Others (Professional License, Certification, Training, etc.):

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer, and Entity Framework Certification are a plus.
