A service advisor is responsible for communicating with customers about their motorcycle repair needs and relaying information to the Mechanics. Their duties include greeting customers and helping them determine the repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up -to-date knowledge about the range of services of the company, contacting customers to update them about their motorcycle`s repair status and documentation of the services done.

  • Preferably a graduate of Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Industrial Engineering. You are also highly encouraged to apply if you are TESDA certified in Motorcycle/Small Engine, Automotive Servicing or graduate of other related courses, but must have at least 1 year work experience as Service Advisor from a Motorcycle or Automotive Dealership.
  • Computer Literate
  • With valid drivers license is an advantage
  • Customer service oriented and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full time position. Work schedule will be form Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Amenable to work in 102 P. Tuazon St., Brgy. Kaunlaran, Cubao City
