JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or property management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • BONUS but not required: Valid driver's license (car or motorcycle) and ability to travel to various properties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring timely completion of work and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor property expenses and revenues and prepare monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain property management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, including maintenance and repair contractors, security services, and cleaning companies.
  • Respond to emergency situations such as power outrages, floods or other incidents, and coordinate appropriate action to minimize damage or disruption.
  • Prepare and maintain property records, including leases, insurance policies, and maintenance logs.
