Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned QuickBooks professional with expertise in training and supporting staff members to achieve certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff members to master QuickBooks software.
  2. Design and implement effective training materials, resources, and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks.
  3. Provide one-on-one support and coaching to staff members preparing for and completing QuickBooks certification exams.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to financial data or software usage.
  5. Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  6. Stay current on the latest features and updates in QuickBooks software and provide recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting.
  • Valid QuickBooks certification.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in training individuals on QuickBooks software and helping them achieve certifications.
  • Ability to prepare trainees for various job roles including Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Payroll Clerk, and Auditing Clerk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
