We are looking for an experienced PortPro Data Entry Specialist to manage and optimize our data entry operations. The ideal candidate has a strong systems and logistics background specifically in PortPro and Drayage transportation with at least 2 years of experience working in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage accepted loads in the system, ensuring all load details are accurately captured and processed.
  • Communicate with brokers, terminals, and other partners to gather and verify shipment details, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Set and update appointments in logistics management systems such as eModal to ensure timely scheduling.
  • Regularly update and maintain PortPro to reflect on the latest shipment and container information.
  • Track and document all relevant shipment details in spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurate and up to date daily.
  • Assist in managing bulk load shipments by ensuring all necessary information is entered and tracked.
  • Attend a rally with the portpro team to learn about new features and implement them in the system.
  • Assist colleagues with any questions regarding portpro, connect necessary terminals and drivers to the system.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of experience with PortPro.
  • Experience with eModal is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles, ideally within logistics, drayage, or transportation.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and other data management tools.
