Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Double-check all entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all camper van assets, including registrations, insurance, repairs, and maintenance schedules
  • Monitor vehicle locations, availability, and status using fleet management tools
  • Coordinate asset transfers, acquisitions, and disposals across the APAC region
  • Track usage metrics, depreciation, and lifecycle of each asset
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure asset-related processes run smoothly

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with Excel, Spreadsheets, and Databases.
  • Comfortable using and navigating various software tools and online platforms and working with repetitive tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and verification.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidates who can start ASAP will be given priority

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
