We are a rapidly expanding scrap metal recycling company seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our yard in Valenzuela, Philippines.

Position: General Manager

Location: Valenzuela, Philippines

Salary: PHP 50,000 / month + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations, production, safety, and team management of the recycling yard.

  • Develop and execute procurement, sales, and market expansion plans to achieve business targets.

  • Optimize processes, control costs, and improve operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Lead and manage a team of 50+ employees, focusing on training and team development.

  • Maintain strong relationships with local government, community, and clients to ensure compliant operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive management experience in manufacturing or recycling, with familiarity in production, procurement, and sales.

  • Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ people, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities, capable of resolving complex issues independently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

  • Prior experience in scrap metal, recycling, or related industries is preferred.
