We are a established and professional scrap metal recycling company based in Valenzuela City. We specialize in the large-scale recycling of industrial non-ferrous and ferrous metals, including manufacturing scrap, end-of-life equipment, and various metal waste. We provide efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible recycling solutions for businesses.
Your Mission:
To leverage digital platforms to generate high-quality leads, acquire new B2B clients (factories, manufacturing plants, workshops), and build our brand as a leader in the industrial scrap metal recycling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and target potential B2B clients through online channels such as industry B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Made-in-China), Google SEO/SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and digital maps.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Create compelling professional content, including company profiles, promotional videos, case studies, and informative posts about our services and processes.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our company's presence on relevant professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook). Engage with our audience and convert followers into business leads.
Sales Lead Follow-up: Promptly contact and qualify inbound leads. Conduct professional outreach via phone, email, and social media to understand client needs, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B sales, digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar role. Experience in the recycling, waste management, manufacturing, or industrial sector is a significant advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. A strong "hunter" mentality for finding and closing new business. Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) are a plus.
Driven by Results: Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand our industry, services, and the specifics of different scrap metal types to communicate effectively with clients.
Integrity: Reliable, professional, and possesses a strong work ethic.
