The
HR Business Analyst
plays a key role in analyzing and interpreting HR data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making to create HR initiatives and improvements to process and system. This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data to identify trends, optimize HR processes, and ensure alignment with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

*Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR data – including employee performance, retention, turnover, engagement, and compensation – to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and business managers, highlighting key HR metrics and KPIs such as employee turnover, hiring rates, and workforce demographics.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards to monitor and visualize HR performance indicators effectively.

*HR Strategy Support:

  • Partner with HR Leadership to align HR strategies with the organization's overall business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights to help shape HR initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

*Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Recommend solutions and support the implementation of new technologies or tools to streamline HR functions and improve efficiency.

*Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Conduct analysis on employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
  • Provide actionable insights to HR teams to improve employee retention, morale, and productivity.

*Compliance and Legal Reporting:

  • Ensure HR processes and reporting follow legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing HR data for audits or compliance reporting as needed.

*Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with other business units such as Talent Acquisition, Training & Quality, Finance, IT, Zoho Development, Workforce Management, Business Intelligence and Operations to align HR data analytics with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Zoho Development, IT Support and IT Infrastructure teams to optimize HR data systems and improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

*Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or any related field

*Experience:
at least 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or business analysis. Experience with HR software is a plus.

*Desired Competencies:

  • Technical Knowledge:
    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Automation software applications and tools, Adobe Acrobat, Labor Standards, Project Management, Task Management, Analytical & Data Driven, Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, and Database Management, Risk Assessment Management, Controls & Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement.

  • Behavioral Skills: Can communicate well in all levels of the organizations. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
