RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Managing inventory and controlling inventory operations and implementing inventory control protocols.


• Performing Inventory Reconciliations and explain variances.


• Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.


• Analyze root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions.


• Communicate promptly complex inventory problems to Supervisor


• Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.


• Develop initiatives to reduce variances and improve inventory accuracy.


• Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports.


• Ensures timely submission of inventory reconciliations analysis reports and reporting of inventory irregularities.


• Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities.


• Prepare reports as may be required from time to time.


• Coordinate all irregularities or discrepancies with Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors.


• Performs audit function related to inventory of items and processes


• Assist in analyzing transaction matching.


• Ensures accurate Inventory System.


• Ensures compliance to quality and safety standards.


• Timely accomplishment of all inventory related reports and perform system audits.


• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Graduate of any 4 year course


• At least 4 years work experience in the same field.


• With work experience in logistics, warehouse, and supply chain management.


• Preferably with expertise in using Warehouse Management Systems.


• Expertise in inventory analysis


• Knowledgeable in warehouse and inventory processes and documents.


• Good oral and written communication skills.


• Knowledgeable on MS Office Applications.


• Ability to gather, analyze and input data.


• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.


• Can work under pressure and can multi-task effectively


• Excellent attention to detail and math


• Must be willing to work Sta. Rosa, Laguna in flexible working hours schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays
