We are looking for a DATA ENCODER who can support in processing purchase orders, invoices and sales transactions. Efficiently input, manage, and update information in our database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update product listings, stock levels, and pricing information
    • Process purchase orders, invoices, and sales transactions
    • Generate reports for sales, inventory, and supplier analysis
    • Among other tasks and routines

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good typing speed and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
