Warehouse Checker

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Counts, scores and documents route and transport vehicle loads during check in and out;

signs load sheets, delivery receipts and receiving reports,

• Compiles source documents and prepares summary of shipments, receipts, and other transactions pertaining to fulls, mts and other items/materials.
• Prepares the Daily Stock Inventory Reports.
• Scores shakedown inspections and summarizes results thereof.
• Participates in the physical count verification of fulls, empties and shells at least once a week.
• Encode count sheet to the checker's module of settlement system.
• Ensure implementation of gate control policies at all time.
• Performs other related functions as maybe assigned from time to time.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Checks and documents load out and load in transactions:

• Scores route truckload during check out using Checker's Count Sheet.
• Scores route truckload during check out using Checker's Count Sheet.
• Completes the following information:
• Plant/Warehouse/District/Route No./Truck No./Time/Date
• Scores pallets
• Scores route truckloads by products and by package size, in pallets and/or cases.
• Compares score with guard count Sheet and Salesman/Sales Assistant 1 count sheets, enters final score on space provided for in the Load tally settlement sheet, obtains acknowledgement signature of salesman concerned,
• Scores company and private haulers.
• Scores check in loads; scores pallets, reconciles with guards count sheet, indicates final score, and obtains salesman acknowledgment signatures.
• Scores transport load out, prepares and signs delivery receipts, obtains guard's
• confirmation, and driver's acknowledgment
• Scores transport load in, prepares receiving report, obtains driver and guard's signature

and signifies acknowledgment

Inputs basic information data from the following source documents for DSIR

• Delivery Receipts (Hauling DR)
• Summarizes fulls and empties transactions:
• Prepares summary of shipments (load out) for input to DSIR.
• Prepares summary of receipts (load in) for input to DSIR.
• Compiles reports and/or prepares the following other summaries for DSIR input: on bottling
• operations reports and production breakage reports. out and check-in of routes.
• PD Yard Manager.
• Prepares summary of daily load-out by product and by package size for cashier's/accounting verification and for DSIR input.
• Maintains control record of other occasional transactions e,g. empties swapping record,
• Spoilages from customers, new glass from other plants and movements of stocks to and from off- premise bodega

Prepares Daily, Monthly Stock Inventory Reports

• Maintains proper filing of records.
• Maintains good housekeeping within his area of work.
• Encode count sheets and inter plant transfer to the settlement system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
