Continuous Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and shared services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, leveraging data and feedback to implement process enhancements.
Monitor and manage key performance metrics including SLA adherence, turnaround times, and resolution quality.
Act as a process SME (Subject Matter Expert) and provide recommendations on HR operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to deploy and improve workflows using tools like ServiceNow and Workday.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Continuous Improvement roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models.
Experience with HR platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR-related projects from inception to implementation.
Strong grasp of process design, improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), and metrics tracking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 per month
