About the Role

The Business Continuity and Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting organizations in enhancing their operational resilience through the design, implementation, and continual improvement of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and related Risk Management frameworks.

This role involves engaging directly with clients to assess business continuity and risk maturity, develop response strategies, facilitate training and workshops, and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and other resilience-related frameworks. The Analyst will also contribute to ECCI's knowledge base through content development, research, and delivery of thought leadership in risk and continuity practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects involving gap assessments, risk assessments, business impact analysis, documentation, training/workshops, and audits.
• Assist clients in developing and improving business continuity and risk management systems based on ISO 22301 and ISO 31000 standards.
• Support facilitation of workshops and client discussions to identify, evaluate, and address critical business risks and recovery strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and presentations as required.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and training materials related to business continuity and risk management.
• Support business development initiatives such as client presentations, proposals, and background research.
• Continuously learn and pursue certifications relevant to business continuity, risk management, and related standards.

Expectations

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the area of Business Continuity Management System (ISO and Enterprise Risk Management (ISO
• Knowledge on global frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISO , etc. would be an advantage.
• Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly and efficiently in a very dynamic environment.
• Experience in documentation, audits, technical reporting and workshops facilitation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, problem solving, analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Open-minded and enthusiastic to engage with different stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with customers.
