JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
  • Process and confirm guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of bookings in the hotel system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with special requests.
  • Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to coordinate guest arrivals and preferences.
  • Monitor and update reservation records, ensuring proper billing and documentation.
  • Resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations professionally.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages when possible.
  • Follow security and guest verification procedures during check-in and booking.
  • Assist with front desk duties when necessary and support peak periods.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Equivalent education and experience combination may be considered.
  • Professional and courteous.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Patient and responsible.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communicator with good decision-making skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
