VirtuAssist is looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Marketing Automations & Web Development VA to help our clients streamline their systems and grow their online presence. If you enjoy building workflows, managing CRMs, and creating user-friendly websites, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows
  • Assist in CRM management (updating contacts, pipelines, and lead stages)
  • Create and schedule automated email and SMS campaigns
  • Integrate marketing tools (landing pages, forms, calendars, etc.) with CRMs
  • Monitor automation performance and provide regular reports/insights
  • Troubleshoot issues with automations, triggers, and integrations
  • Support the team in improving customer journey and lead nurturing strategies
  • Build, update, and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
  • Implement integrations between websites and marketing automation systems (forms, chat widgets, tracking tools, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth functionality across devices

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing automations and/or web development
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or similar tools)
  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or other platforms)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, personalization)
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php336.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
