Job Summary:

The Digital Marketer is responsible for promoting the company's brands, products, and services across various digital platforms. This role focuses on attracting and engaging target audiences, driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing sales through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketer manages online campaigns, creates compelling content, analyzes performance, and continuously optimizes strategies to strengthen brand awareness and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and company websites
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Optimize websites and content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations
  • Conduct market and audience research to refine targeting and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage
