Job Summary

The Program Associate is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of digital marketing and learning programs. This role manages training programs, learning content, and course delivery in collaboration with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts.

Job Description

The Program Associate supports the development and execution of learning programs and digital training initiatives for students and clients. This role covers program planning, instructional design support, content development, project coordination, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts to deliver effective, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences related to digital marketing, AI, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Delivery

  • Manage assigned learning and training programs from planning to delivery and evaluation
  • Conduct research and training needs analysis
  • Design program structures, learning flows, and course outlines

Learning & Content Development

  • Coordinate and develop training content with Subject Matter Experts
  • Design learning materials related to digital marketing, AI, and technology
  • Ensure learning content meets quality, engagement, and learning objectives

Project Coordination

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and program milestones
  • Coordinate with CX, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues

Program Improvement

  • Collect learner feedback and program evaluation data
  • Support updates and improvements to existing learning programs

Qualifications

Required

  • College graduate of any course
  • At least 2 years of experience in: program coordination, training or learning design, instructional design support
  • Education, BPO, marketing, or training roles
  • Experience conducting research and training needs analysis
  • Experience developing or coordinating learning or training content

Preferred

  • Background in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, AI, or technology concepts
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional teams

Work Arrangement
