Zeekr Philippines located in Bonifacio Global City is a pioneering leader in the electric vehicle industry, dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. We are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving the future transportation.

The Technical Support Engineer is primarily responsible for diagnosing and managing the high-voltage system and components in electric vehicle. This role includes replacing high-voltage components as per manufacturer specification, ensuring safety protocols, classifying high-voltage batteries and maintaining detailed documentation for technical reporting to manufacturer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • De-energize and re-energize the high-voltage system.
  • Diagnose the high-voltage system and its components.
  • Replace high-voltage components according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Classify the high-voltage battery and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Document repairs and diagnostics on the job card.
  • Perform repairs using repair manuals and specialized tools.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company standards.
  • Attend training locally and overseas as required (certification by the manufacturer).
  • Fulfill additional duties assigned by the Service Manager.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineer
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
