Job description:

As an Area Supervisor for Straightforward, you will oversee 3-4 stores, ensuring top-notch service managing manpower, and ensuring that each store's team reaches its full potential.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and management for 3-4 stores, ensuring they operate in line with the brand's standards.

Drive improvements in overall store cleanliness, organization, and hospitality, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Manage the onboarding, training, and rostering of staff across stores.

Conduct regular evaluations of Store Leads, ensuring their performance aligns with brand expectations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, overseeing multiple stores or regions.

Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

Willingness to travel and work across multiple store locations as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
