Summary

This role is responsible for managing the organization's treasury and cash flow operations, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash & Treasury Management: Oversee collections, remittances, disbursements, and cash flow monitoring to maintain accurate and timely financial operations.
  • Banking & Financial Relations: Manage bank accounts, coordinate with financial institutions, and administer account lifecycle processes.
  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze financial activities, prepare cash flow statements, and develop strategies for future cash management.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Enforce departmental procedures, safeguard valuables and data, and ensure adherence to internal control policies.
  • Leadership & Staff Development: Supervise, coach, and evaluate treasury staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and professional growth.
  • Planning & Coordination: Participate in annual planning, prepare departmental schedules, represent the department in meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Support: Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth departmental operations.
