Job Description:

Inventory Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and control store purchases of Maxidrug Pharmacy
  • Review, analyze, and recommend new items to carry based on demand and availability of the items based on the store lost sales report.
  • Monitor and ensure that all stores perform EOD, BOD, and MOD.* Received, analyzed, and approved delivery discrepancy adjustment of the store/warehouse and other inventory-related matters.
  • Prepare, review, and implement inventory processes and procedures for process improvement.
  • Ensure that the store does and submits weekly cycle counts and monitor its discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, account, and control damaged items to avoid inventory losses.
  • Identify and recommend per-item inventory level (minimum & maximum).
  • Do reporting / update to the Purchasing Head & Management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 1 year experience in inventory management.
  • Preferably with experience in leadership roles.
  • Knowledgeable with basic Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Familiarize in Inventory Process flow, Shrinkage Control & Reconciliation Methods.
  • Proficient in Audit Procedures.
  • With Strong Analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies.
