Job Summary:

The Stock Audit Staff is responsible for conducting physical inventory counts in assigned stores to ensure accuracy between actual stocks and system records. This role helps maintain proper inventory control and supports the Accounting Department in ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular (quarterly) stock audits in assigned stores.
  • Record and verify item quantities using system-generated count sheets and Excel templates.
  • Identify, report, and reconcile inventory variances.
  • Prepare and submit Stock Audit Reports for supervisor validation.
  • Update the system records based on approved audit findings.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, or any related business course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to travel for store audits.
  • Good analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Work Setup:

  • Fieldwork / store visits required.
  • Reports directly to the Inventory Audit Supervisor under the Accounting Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php560.00 per day
