About the role

Join the dynamic and innovative team at ALLCARD as an IT Security Support specialist. In this full-time role based in Libis, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding the company's information assets and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and maintaining the company's security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software
  • Investigating and responding to security incidents, analysing logs, and implementing remedial actions
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users on security best practices and protocols
  • Assisting in the implementation and testing of security policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Documenting security processes and contributing to the continuous enhancement of the company's security posture

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in IT security support or a related field
  • Fresh graduates with background in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing are welcome
  • Strong technical skills in network security, endpoint protection, and incident response
  • Proficiency in security monitoring tools, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
