Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc. is a joint venture between Emerging Power Inc. (EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. We are looking for a Community Service Relations Officer to lead and support the company's community engagement and social development efforts. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and fostering strong community relationships, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

Define and develop strategies aligned with the company's CSR objectives.

Support and coordinate all community development initiatives.

Address community concerns through effective social development programs.

Maintain and manage relationships with local governments, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with applicable community rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Social Science/Sociology, Humanities, Liberal Arts, or any related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in community relations and organizing activities.

  • Attended trainings in Community Organizing or Development Management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Able to analyze issues, collect and evaluate data, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Willing to be assigned in Botolan, Zambales.
