Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for the home care account with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist clients, caregivers, and field staff with inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and strict adherence to compliance and data privacy standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client or caregiver issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information on services, policies, and processes.
  • Meet and maintain individual performance targets on quality, productivity, and attendance.
  • Uphold excellent customer experience by addressing concerns with understanding and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in BPO/customer service.
  • Strong English communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email correspondence.
  • High customer empathy and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace, or other customer management platforms.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by service quality and performance metrics.
  • Willing to work onsite full-time.
