Pier Coordinator

The Pier Coordinator is responsible for monitoring vessel arrivals, verifying the location and status of incoming cargoes from VisMin, and assisting truckers with documentation, payments, and any issues encountered at the pier. The role ensures timely processing of gate passes, EIR, DO, and payments such as PPA, Arrastre, and Wharfage fees. It also involves coordinating with the Inbound CSR and Trucking Dispatcher, preparing daily reports and liquidations, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring proper turnover of tasks between shifts. The position requires consistent communication, accurate reporting, and active participation in company programs and activities.

The candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in office applications. Must be computer literate, possess average communication skills, and have basic driving skills.
