Position Purpose

The Branding and Retail Media Manager is responsible for leading Touch Biotechnologies' brand presence and visibility across all consumer and retail environments, including pharmacy , grocery, e-commerce, and digital platforms.

This role combines strategic brand management with executional excellence in retail media, ensuring that every campaign, display, and activation enhances brand equity and drives commercial performance. The position oversees brand identity, Company PR activities creative development, and the company's brand presence and retail media strategy ensuring all activity reflects TouchBio's brand identity and compliance standards.

The role requires a blend of creative leadership, commercial awareness, and data-driven decision-making to maximise return on marketing investment and strengthen consumer connection at every point of purchase.

Position Duties and Accountabilities

WHS

Brand Strategy and Identity

  1. Develop and implement a unified brand strategy and visual identity framework across all channels.

  2. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across packaging, digital, print, and in-store executions.

  3. Partner with the internal team to evolve brand architecture, tone of voice, and design systems to suit category and retail needs.

  4. Lead creative development for brand campaigns, ensuring on-brand storytelling and cohesive messaging across consumer touchpoints.

  5. Safeguard the integrity of the TouchBio brand in all communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Retail Media and Channel Marketing

  1. Develop and Plan retail media campaigns across pharmacy, grocery, and e-commerce platforms.

  2. Collaborate with the internal team (account managers and field sales team) and media networks to optimise product visibility, paid placement, and promotional opportunities.

  3. Manage in-store branding, POS, and display programs with the category/brand team that enhance shopper engagement and drive sell-through.

  4. Oversee digital retail integrations (e.g. Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Amazon) ensuring alignment of product imagery, messaging, and promotional assets.

  5. Monitor campaign performance and report ROI metrics, adjusting strategy based on data insights.

  6. Coordinate cross-channel activations to support major product launches, category initiatives, and promotional events.

Creative Direction and Team Leadership

  1. Lead and mentor the creative and design team to deliver innovative, on-brand assets across digital and physical environments.

  2. Manage internal and external creative resources to meet project deadlines and campaign objectives.

  3. Oversee creative briefing, workflow, and feedback loops to maintain brand quality and operational efficiency.

  4. Champion design excellence and encourage creative experimentation grounded in brand strategy.

  5. Manage agency relationships, photographers, and freelancers to ensure cohesive campaign output.

Campaign Development and Collaboration

  1. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to build integrated campaigns that support both brand and retail objectives.

  2. Develop creative concepts for new product launches, category promotions, and seasonal activations.

  3. Support event marketing and experiential activations that enhance consumer awareness and retail partnerships.

  4. Translate commercial objectives into clear, engaging visual communications that strengthen brand visibility and consumer conversion.

Brand Performance and Insights

  1. Establish and track KPIs for brand health, retail engagement, and campaign performance.

  2. Analyse creative and retail media effectiveness using available analytics tools and retail data.

  3. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve future brand activations and in-store performance.

Cultural Improvement and Development

  1. Demonstrate a positive commitment and compliance with Company policies and procedures and Company Code of Conduct.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Design (essential).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Brand, Digital, or Retail Marketing (desirable).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management or retail media within health, FMCG, or consumer sectors.
  • Demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.
  • Proven leadership experience within creative or brand design teams.
  • Experience managing relationships with retail partners, media networks, and creative agencies.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of brand architecture, shopper marketing, and retail media principles.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills with high creative standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or experience directing design output.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
