OVERVIEW: The Recruitment Associate supports the end-to-end recruitment process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and endorsing qualified profiles to Senior Recruiters (Account Owners). This role plays a key part in building strong candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume or time-sensitive hiring needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review incoming applications and resumes to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on defined success profiles.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to Senior Recruiters for further evaluation and client submission.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Use various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, databases, referrals) to proactively find candidates.
  • Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and setting expectations on next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation on all candidate activity and recruiter interactions.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing weekly reports on open roles, candidate pipelines, and sourcing progress.
  • Coordinate and support team efforts to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements to sourcing or screening processes.
  • Perform other administrative or recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with screening candidates and assessing qualifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
