The Role

As a Customer Onboarding & System Support Specialist, you'll ensure new customers enjoy a smooth, world-class onboarding experience. Working alongside our Customer Success Manager, you'll handle data preparation, system configuration, and process optimization—bridging the gap between customers, freight carriers, and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and leveraging technology to create better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect, format, validate, and upload customer data (Excel, PDFs, etc.) into our system.
  • System Setup: Configure users, roles, and business units; assist with testing and integration.
  • Communication: Liaise with customers and carriers to resolve data queries and ensure accurate setup.
  • Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and suggest enhancements to streamline onboarding.

About You

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data validation, bulk uploads).
  • Experienced in data analysis, system onboarding, or SaaS administration.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
