Key Responsibilities


• Perform regular data cleansing tasks: remove duplicates, standardize fields, correct formats, fill missing values, and validate records.


• Reconcile data across multiple sources (CRM vs spreadsheets)


• Create and maintain data quality checks, validation rules and SOPs.


• Build repeatable cleaning procedures in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting).


• Produce routine summary reports and dashboards for stakeholders.


• Managing of google spreadsheets.


• Identify and flag data errors or irregularities


• Maintain organized filing and data storage procedures


• Follow company processes, privacy requirements, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (filtering, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning techniques, power query).


• Familiarity with data validation, de-duplication and normalization.


• Basic Scripting knowledge in Google Apps Script.


• Proven experience in data entry.


• Experience managing CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).


• Familiarity with Hubstaff.


• Proficiency in Power BI preferred.


• Good written communication for documenting processes and exceptions.


• Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to repetitive tasks
