Your Role

As a Financial Analyst - Audit & Compliance, you are responsible for:

  • Prepare detailed audit schedules and reconciliations for annual, interim, and internal audits
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, coordinating document requests and follow-ups
  • Review transactions and financial data to ensure audit trail completeness and consistency
  • Support the preparation of compliance documents, tax filings, and internal control evidence
  • Maintain a centralised and organised repository of audit documents and working papers
  • Identify control gaps or process weaknesses and recommend remediation steps
  • Assist in updating accounting policies and procedures in line with audit findings
  • Provide ongoing support to the broader Finance team in regulatory and compliance matters
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and other departments to collect supporting evidence

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in audit, external or internal (experience with Big 4 or audit firms highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and audit principles
  • Familiarity with audit software or ERP reporting modules (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, MYOB, M1)
  • Excellent document management and version control habits
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to accuracy and completeness
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English
